BACKGROUND

Since 2017, Winning Edge has been supporting Persistent Systems with staffing solutions across their accounts and North American recruitment needs. Originally, Winning Edge was brought on for a couple of niche projects, but the breadth of his recruiting acumen quickly became apparent. They have since taken on a broader set of responsibilities with Persistent Systems, providing them with skilled, adaptable solution architects in various IT technologies. 

CLIENT NEEDS

When hiring mid-level solution architects, Persistent needs to choose from candidates that have advanced technical skills (fluency with Java, C #, Microsoft services, Cloud etc.) as well as the English fluency, communication skills, and leadership ability required of their position. Finding the right balance between these hard and soft skills requires an eye for candidates who can manage a wide range of deliverables.
