Our engagement process starts with a conversation with the hiring manager to understand company /department vision, road map, challenges and the need for the new position.
Then we go over a series of questions to get a better understanding of the job requirement, responsibilities and the ideal candidate profile.
When we go through this initial first step (our recipe for success), we are able to present three options within 2-3 weeks and one of the them usually goes to an offer stage.
