If we sign a contract with your referred candidate, you will be eligible to receive referral fees for placement made by us.

What you will get ?

We share 2% of your referred candidate’s pay rate for as long as that candidate is billing in the position
If you are not interested but know someone who is looking for a job change please let us know. Winning Edge does pay a good amount of referral fee if the person you submit to us is offered, accepts, and starts working for us for 3 months or more.
